We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, We will be happy to exchange any product with another product of equal or more value if the item is returned within 10 business days of the arrival date and in the same condition: new, unworn, no damage. 

You must contact us about any issues or exchange requests within 5 days of package arrival. You will be responsible for paying the difference and shipping. We do not accept refunds at this time so please read all our policies before ordering. Custom orders are final and may not be returned. Clothing that is obviously worn will be returned to the buyer. No exceptions please. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:Please expect up to 4 weeks for your return to be processed. To return merchandise, please send all returns via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation and insurance in a well-padded envelope. If you want to return your item, contact us for the address you can send it to. Returns are only for exchanges, no refunds.
